Little Star Films - A groovy movie of your little star
How it works
Firstly we need to chat. All about your child. We are not just talking name and age - we get right down to detail - who is their special toy? Would they rather be a bird or a fish? What’s their teacher’s name and do they prefer marmite or jam?
Remember a Roohoo Film is all about your child and therefore a totally unique production. We don’t follow a formula - we follow the lead - your child! So we take all the time you think we will need to understand them.
We will set a date for the filming. This is usually one day that we spend filming your child using broadcast quality High Definition Video (HDV) camera equipment.
We then go away and edit your film. With hours of footage to work through this can take a maximum of 28 days. Of course if you need us to be flexible on this we will certainly try.
Then all you have to do is wait with excitement for your groovy movie to arrive, via special delivery mail, in a customised DVD case.
Roohoo Dance Party Films
Looking for unique children’s birthday party ideas? Want something totally original, something that will keep the kids entertained, excited and talking about for weeks after? Book a Roohoo Children’s Dance Party Film and each child will receive their own dance DVD of the day!
How it works
Roohoo arrives at your venue and sets up a groovy shot. The birthday girl or boy chooses their favourite song, a song they love to dance to and Roohoo films them and their friends doing some of their best dance moves. We then go away and edit the dancing into a funny, entertaining DVD which they will absolutely love!
We send you your groovy movie dance party film in the post along with copies for all the guests.
Nursery Films
Ever wondered what your child really gets up to at nursery? Well here is a chance to find out with a Roohoo Nursery Film.
How it works
Usually we are approached by a Nursery directly and asked to capture the children’s day. All the parents are then able to buy a copy of that DVD
We visit your nursery/child’s nursery for an initial chat and to meet the children.
We get consent from all the parents that they would like their children to be filmed.
We provide nurseries with a standard letter and consent form they can hand out.
We come and spend the day filming at the nursery and capture the comings and goings and all the daily activities with a little bit of Roohoo magic thrown in.
We go away and edit the film into a fun and entertaining movie.
When it is done parents are given the chance to view a small section of the film online. This will have been password protected so only parents and the nursery can view it.
Parents are then offered the chance to buy a copy priced at £15
There is no charge to the nursery for any of the filming.
